We want you to love your hair color journey, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our products, only unopened and sealed containers are eligible for a full refund.

Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
